SHIPPING INFORMATION

Your order will be shipped within 48 hours after payment and if the product is in stock at the moment you ordered.

Dealer Bicycles is a solopreneur business. Yes, I ride, sell, service and do the administration myself :-)

Orders during weekends will be shipped on Monday and will be out for delivery soon after that. For urgent matters I'm available on Saturday and Sunday to help you at the Dealer Bicycles HQ Service Point.

Depending on where you live and the delivery option you choose, your order will be shipped differently.

Belgium:

For orders in Belgium I will send your parcel with BPost. You can have the parcel delivered at your house or work address or, for Belgian customers, in a BPost pick up point.

It is also possible to collect your order at the Dealer Bicycles HQ Service Point.

Europe and the rest of the world:

BPost or DHL take care of the delivery of our parcels in Europe and the rest of the world.

SHIPPING RATES

The parcels are shipped from our Dealer Bicycles HQ in Belgium and delivered worldwide, except when shipping rates are extremely high or delivery with postal services is uncertain or difficult. Depending on your order value and your shipping address this results in the following shipping rates and estimated delivery times. In this case I will contact you via mail.

No additional taxes or fees will be charged within the EU. For all other orders, local import duties and taxes may apply, depending on your country. Those charges will be levied once a shipment reaches your country. You can find various online tools to estimate the extra fees you will need to pay upon reception of your parcel. If you need assistance with this, please contact me. 

The time frames above are estimates only, and Dealer Bicycles makes no guarantees nor accepts any liability for deliveries that occur outside these estimates.

RETURN RATES

For Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxemburg, Germany,  France and Spain there is a free return label in the box. If your return meets the return conditions, no fees will be deducted from your refund amount and you will get a full refund.

From all other countries

This is how you can return your purchase:

1. Fill out the return slip and add it to your package.
2. Return the parcel at your own cost with a courier of your choice.
