At Dealer Bicycles, we aim to deliver our community quality cycling products, however, it can be that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. No problem,  please return your items within 14 days of receipt and I will happily issue a refund. For sale items the returns period is 14 days for online orders.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same saleable condition that you received it. Goods must be complete with all original tags and in the original packaging.

All gift cards, customised products and some health and personal care items are non-refundable.



From Belgium, The Netherlands, France, Germany, and the rest of Europe

You will find a return label in your parcel. 

  1. Check our return conditions to make sure you meet all requirements.
  2. Fill out the return slip you find in your parcel.
  3. Attach the return label to your package (please put it over the shipment label if you use the original packaging to return your parcel).
  4. Please make sure all returned items are well packaged. I cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
  5. Deliver to your nearest B-Post or shipping service point to drop off your return.
  6. I will send you a notification upon arrival of your parcel.
  7. The Return Fee* will be deducted from the amount of the refund.

To cover our administrative and logistic cost for your return I charge a fee, depending on your country. The following amount will be deducted from your refund:

Returns from Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg: €5
Returns from France, Germany, and the rest of Europe: €10

For exchanges I kindly ask you to place a new order for the correct size or product.

From all other countries

This is how you can return your purchase:

  1. Fill out thereturn slip and add it to your package.
  2. Return the parcel at your own cost with a courier of your choice.

  3. I will issue a refund on the initial payment method as soon as I receive your return.

For exchanges I kindly ask you to place a new order for the correct size or product.


Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your requested refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a couple of days.


To avoid items going out of stock in the period between you sending the return and we receiving it, I kindly ask you to return your item for a refund and to place a new order in our web shop for the correct item, size or color.
